Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing & Production

  • All books are print-on-demand and produced individually after your order is placed.

  • Typical production time is 5-7 business days, but may vary depending on order volume and seasonal demand.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your book has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Regions
We currently ship to customers in:

  • North America: United States & Canada

  • Europe: EU member states, EEA countries, and the United Kingdom

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method.

  • Any applicable taxes, duties, or customs charges are the responsibility of the customer (outside of domestic shipping zones).

4. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and begin once the book has been produced and dispatched:

    • Standard Shipping: 7-9 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, destination, and unforeseen delays (e.g., customs processing, postal strikes, weather disruptions).

5. Customs & Import Taxes

  • Customers outside of the country of fulfillment may be subject to import duties and taxes levied once a shipment reaches your country.

  • These charges are the customer’s responsibility. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, military addresses, or countries where Bookvault does not ship.

  • Orders placed to restricted addresses may be cancelled and refunded.

7. Non-Delivery & Lost Packages

  • If a package is lost in transit or fails to arrive within 30 days (North America) or 30 days (Europe) of the dispatch date, please contact us at triviakidsbooks@proton.me.

  • We will work with Bookvault and the carrier to investigate and, if necessary, send a replacement or issue a refund.

8. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout. Please check your details carefully before confirming your order.

9. Damaged or Defective Deliveries
If your book arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receipt with clear photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Return & Refund Policy.

10. Legal Rights (Europe)
For customers in the EU/EEA and UK:

  • Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

  • Under EU law, goods must be delivered within 30 days of purchase unless otherwise agreed. If this cannot be met, you may request a refund.
