3. Returns & Refunds

  • North America (U.S. & Canada): Due to the custom-printed nature of our books, all sales are final. Returns are not accepted except where the product is defective, damaged, or not as described. In such cases, you may request a replacement or refund by contacting us within 14 days of receipt.

  • Europe (EU/EEA & UK): Custom-printed books are exempt from the standard 14-day withdrawal right. However, under EU and UK consumer law, you are entitled to a 2-year guarantee for goods that are faulty, damaged, or not as described. In such cases, please contact us promptly for a repair, replacement, or refund.

4. Prices & Payment
