A) Return & Refund Policy — North America (U.S. & Canada)
1. Returns & Refunds Eligibility

Because each book is printed on demand, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personalization choices.

However, if your book arrives defective, misprinted, or damaged in transit, you must notify us within 14 working days of receipt. Provide images and your order number to triviakidsbooks@proton.me.
2. Resolution for Defects or Damage

Upon validation, we will reprint and ship a replacement, or issue a full refund, at our discretion, at no extra cost to you. The faulty item may be requested back for inspection—but in many cases, you can keep it to avoid shipping delays.
3. Return Process

Contact us via email with: your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. We'll respond within 1–2 business days to arrange replacement or refund.
4. Disclaimer and Display

All sales are final unless defects or shipping damage are proven. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and understand that POD items are unique and cannot be resold if returned for no fault.
B) Return & Refund Policy — Europe (EU & UK)
1. 14-Day Cooling-Off Right

Under EU and UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order, for any reason, even if the item was printed on demand Shopify.
2. How to Exercise This Right

To cancel, contact us via triviakidsbooks@proton.me within 14 days of receipt. Once approved, return the book (in as-new condition) to the return address we’ll specify, at your cost unless otherwise arranged.
3. Refund Procedure

We'll issue a full refund (including standard shipping costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned book or proof of shipment. We may deduct a reasonable sum only if the item’s condition has diminished.
4. Exceptions (Defective/Damaged Items)

If your book is defective, misprinted, or damaged, notify us within 14 working days with photos. We will either:

Reprint and resend at our cost, or

Issue a full refund, without requiring return of the defective item, wherever practical.

5. Combined Rights Summary

You can return based on legal “cooling-off” reasons within 14 days. Separately, defects or damage are treated with priority and resolved by replacement or refund.
